Grief Counseling

Grief is a powerful emotion. It is a reaction to loss. Most people will experience loss at some point in their lives. While we often think of grief in terms of death, we can also grieve losses from divorce or a terminal illness. We may grieve the loss of a friendship, or a relationship with a family member, or a beloved pet. We may even grieve the loss of a place we once lived or a lifestyle we use to have. We can even grieve the loss of youth or middle age. While we cannot foresee the outcome of any situation, we can certainly take control of how we act in response to it. During my grief sessions, you will learn about acceptance and how to exercise your ability to take back control of your life and move forward. If you are willing to take the necessary steps, you can rediscover a life full of joy.

Integrative Life Coaching

Integrative life coaching fundamentals combined with a diverse range of healing modalities in the areas of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness to make positive changes in all areas of life. From the recent studies on the adaptive unconscious, we know that most issues are habituated patterns that have their roots in priming, cognitive biases, and conditioning. Integrative coaching will teach you how to access and change these programs to rewire the mind. My goal is to help you to heal while empowering you to change your life with coaching tools and techniques. Providing a foundation to create lasting and meaningful changes that will help you; in building a more satisfying career, gaining freedom from the past, overcoming harmful habits, and reprogramming patterns that block fulfillment.

Anger Management

I am nationally certified as a court approved anger management specialist. Whether at home, in the workplace, or in daily routines, do not allow anger and conflict to detract from the quality of your life. I will coach you into making positive changes in your life and re-focus you toward effective problem-solving skills. I will teach you successful boundary setting and assertive communication skills. You will learn and be given the appropriate tools to manage your anger for a lifetime by helping you to understand that anger is an emotion and not a behavior. Counseling/Coaching in this area is ideal for court requirements, businesses, probation departments, human resources, law offices, diversion programs, families, couples, and individuals. “There's nothing wrong with anger provided you use it constructively.” (Wayne Dyer) Let me teach you how to be angry.
